Store Policies
Returns/Exchanges:
We accept returns for refund, store credit or an exchange within 10 days of purchase as long as the goods are returned in new, unused condition in original packaging. To return an item, please email us prior to shipping it back to obtain a return authorization number. Returns without a return authorization will not be accepted. You will be responsible for all shipping charges to return the goods and the new shipping charges for the new product.
Damaged/Defective Goods:
We do our best to inspect all products prior to shippping them out. Should your purse be defective in any way, please contact us to arrange for a repair or an exchange. Please note that all of the goods are handmade so there may be some variations from bag to bag. This is not considered a defect, but is the nature of making things by hand.
Shipping:
We ship via UPS Ground. Products typically leave our warehouse 1-2 business days following your purchase. Should the package arrive damaged in any way, please have your UPS driver wait while you inspect the goods. Once you sign for the package, it is a lot harder to file a claim with UPS unless you have alerted the driver to document the damage. Any damaged goods as a result of shipping should be refused. Please contact us immediately so that we can file a claim with UPS and issue you a new bag.
